摘要
Abstract
The SARS-CoV-2 is a new type of epidemic toxin and belongs to traditional Chinese medicine"epidemic disease"category.The gate of the lung is throat,the pathogens of the epidemic toxin enter through the mouth and nose and accumulate at the throat,which is manifested as clinical symptoms such as sore throat,throat itching,etc.After in-depth discussion about the relationship between SARS-CoV-2 and yin-yang toxin in combination with the clinical manifestations and the protractedness and intractability of the disease,the authors considered that the condition should not be treated only by heat-clearing and toxin-resolving medicines or overdose of bitter-cold potent medicines.Through consulting the classical prescriptions for treatment method,it was learned that the combination of cold and heat is able to unblock the qi movement of throat,nourish yin and strengthen immune,consequently expelling the toxic substances.Also,a medical case is attached to provide a new diagnostic and therapeutic approach for the treatment of sore throat and itching caused by SARS-CoV-2.关键词
