Treatment Analysis of One Case of Anaphylactic Shock Induced by Omeprazole Sodium for Injection
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To probe into the adverse drug reactions in clinical application of omeprazole sodium for injection in order to improve the rationality and safety of its clinical use.Methods:Clinical pharmacists explored the possible causes of anaphylactic shock induced by omeprazole sodium for injection through retrospective analysis on the clinical data of one patient with drug anaphylactic shock.Results:Omeprazole sodium for injection can cause drug anaphylactic shock in patients,and the main cause of drug anaphylactic shock is off-label drug use.Conclusion:When using omeprazole sodium for injection,clinicians should ask patients about their allergic history in detail and prescribe according to indications specified in Guidelines for Clinical Use of Protein Pump Inhibitors and in compliance with administration guidelines.关键词
