不同剂量利伐沙班在心房颤动导管消融术围手术期抗凝治疗中的应用观察
Observational Study of Different Doses of Rivaroxaban in the Perioperative Anticoagulation Management for Patients with Atrial Fibrillation Undergoing Catheter Ablation

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application of different doses of rivaroxaban on perioperative anticoagulation management in patients with atrial fibrillation undergoing catheter ablation.Methods:A total of 300 patients with atrial fibrillation undergoing catheter ablation who visited a hospital during September 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into low-dose rivaroxaban group(LR group),medium-dose rivaroxaban group(MR group)and high-dose rivaroxaban group(HR group)according to random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The patients were treated with rivaroxaban tablets at 10mg/d in the LR group,at 20mg/d in the MR group,and at 30mg/d in the HR group for 6 months.International normalized ratio(INR),bleeding,bleeding events,thromboembolic events and adverse reactions were observed and recorded.Results:After treatment,the INR of all three groups increased(P<0.05),and the INR of HR group was higher than that in LR group and MR group(P<0.05).The total bleeding rate,the total incidence rate of bleeding events,and the total incidence rate of thromboembolic events in HR group were lower than those in LR group and HR group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in HR group was lower than that in LR group and MR group,but there was no significant difference among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Rivaroxaban has a significant dose-dependent anticoagulant effect in patients with atrial fibrillation undergoing catheter ablation in perioperative period,and can effectively reduce the incidence of bleeding and adverse reactions.关键词
