Assessment of Economic Evidence and Its Effect on Recommendations in Chinese Medicine Guidelines
摘要
Abstract
Objective Economics is one of the essential factors in the transition from evidence to recommendations of clinical practice guidelines.This study systematically surveyed the literatures at home and abroad on guidelines including economic evidence via scoping review,took the characteristics and research status of Chinese medicine into consideration,and organized authoritative experts from multiple fields to discuss by nominal group technique.This study was to recommend the methods for assessing economic evidence which are the economics evaluation checklist formulated by The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence(NICE)and the checklist for decision-analytic modeling,and to explore decision-making methods from economic evidence to recommendation which are affected by cost and economic evidence quality.It is hoped that this study could provide reference for guidelines including the economic evidence in the future,and could promote the standardization of Chinese medicine guidelines.关键词
