HIV假病毒模型优化及其在中医药防治艾滋病研究中的应用探讨
Optimization of HIV Pseudovirus Model and Its Application in the Study of Chinese Medicine in the Prevention and Treatment of AIDS
摘要
Abstract
Chinese medicine(CM)has a definite effect on acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS),and it is urgent to study its mechanism.Therefore,it is particularly necessary to establish a stable and reliable model.HIV pseudoviruses are characterized by high safety and stability,it is feasible and credible to screen dominant strains to construct pseudovirus infection cell model and study the mechanism of CM.Pseudoviruses have been applied in drug screening,neutralizing antibody detection,phenotypic resistance testing system,host-virus interaction and so on.Based on the analysis of the characteristics and the research methods of CM,the authors proposed that a stable and reliable pseudovirus infection cell model can be constructed by screening dominant strains and optimizing the process of virus preparation and infection.The pseudovirus infection cell model can be used to explore the mechanism of multi-target of CM and network pharmacological activity of CM screening,so as to provide a reference for better clinical basic research of CM in prevention and treatment of AIDS.关键词
