一维堆叠式压电滤波器的研究
A study on one-dimensional stacked piezoelectric filter
摘要
Abstract
A one-dimensional stacked piezoelectric filter was developed.The physical model of the filter was analyzed theoretically and simulated by ANSYS finite element method,and the piezoelectric filter was fabricated.The relationship between its input and output frequencies and the corresponding filtering effects were experimentally verified.The test results indicate that the piezoelectric filter with-3 dB bandwidth of 9 kHz has good narrow-band filtering characteristic near 145 kHz.关键词
