Abstract

The selection of foundation pit support structure schemes is usually based on the factors such as natural environment,geological conditions and actual on-site conditions around the foundation pit,as well as comprehensive strength and technical experience of the construction enterprise.Through in-depth research and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of differ-ent foundation pit support structure schemes,the optimal foundation pit support structure scheme is ultimately selected.This paper takes the foundation pit for the external drug production base project as an example to explore the selection of foundation pit support structure schemes.The geomorphic type of this area where the project is located belongs to the coastal plain,and the soil layer within the excavation depth range of the foundation pit is mainly composed of silty clay and sandy clay.The stability and safety of the proposed foundation pit support structure were simulated and calculated using the foundation pit structure support calculation software FRWS 9.0.Combined with the comparative analysis of in-situ monitoring data during the later foundation pit construction process,the results show that different foundation pit support structure schemes are selected for the same foundation pit.On the premise of ensuring the safety and reliability of the foundation pit and its surrounding environ-ment,it is crucial to analyze the characteristics and differences of different foundation pit support structure schemes,and select a reasonable and scientific foundation pit support structure scheme in terms of construction safety,economy,construction con-venience,and project cost.
