Abstract
During small diameter core drilling,it is common for drilling tools to break and fall into the hole.If not handled properly,it may also lead to secondary accidents such as the broken coring wireline falling into the hole,which will seriously affect the construction cycle,and even lead to fishing failure,and force the drilling to be sidetracked or scrapped.Therefore,the fishing and treatment of coring wireline(falling fish)is extremely crucial and has always been a difficult problem during drilling.The drilling project for gold mine in the northern sea of Sanshan island in Laizhou of Shandong province has construc-ted 138 land and offshore boreholes,with a total drilling workload of over 150 000 m.This project belongs to a super large drilling with long drilling cycles,large workload,multiple machines,and high difficulty.In the process of handling ZK5806 drill hole accident,the accident reasons was comprehensively analyzed,the existing fishing hook,self-made grab barrel,self-made overshot and reaming drilling tool were improved,the accident was successfully solved and satisfactory technical results were obtained.This paper proposed some technical measures and treatment methods based on this case,which can provide useful experience for the treatment of similar accidents in offshore deep and ultra deep hole drilling in the future.关键词
