Abstract
The Hongshiquan area has undergone multiple cycles and periods of strong tectonic activity during the geological period,with well-developed fold and fault structures,complex formation material composition and high degree of fragmentation.Due to the objective geological factors,drilling construction generally encounters complex problems such as leakage,falling blocks,and collapse,resulting in high construction difficulty,high risk and difficulty in ensuring hole formation rate,which has had a significant impact on drilling in this area.According to the construction difficulties in Hongshiquan working area,this paper explores and summarizes a set of drilling techniques suitable for this area,mainly including a fully hydraulic power head drilling machine and XJS75 small diameter diamond wireline core drilling technology,as well as optimizing the drilling structure,drilling parameters and mud configuration.By optimizing the configuration of flushing fluid,selecting bridging materials and other feasible leak prevention and plugging measures,the problem of leakage and less-leakage in porous and micro-fractured formations has been effectively improved,the plugging time and material cost during drilling process have been reduced,and ultimately the drilling quality and efficiency in Hongshiquan area was improved,which ensure safety drilling and hole formation rate,save drilling costs and provide a certain technical and process reference for high-quality,fast,efficient as well as low-cost drilling in Hongshiquan area.关键词
