超高分子量聚乙烯角联锁机织物刺破性能的有限元分析
Finite element analysis of puncture properties of UHMWPE angular interlocking woven fabrics
摘要
Abstract
Aimed at the problem that UHMWPE is easy to slip in two-dimensional fabric and reduce the anti-puncture performance of the fabric,four kinds of angular interlocking fabrics were con-structed,and the warp and weft puncturing properties of four kinds of angular interlocking fab-rics were studied by finite element analysis method.The quasi-static experimental results were compared with the simulation results to reveal the damage mechanism of fabrics punctured by standard cutting tools.The results show that the finite element analysis can accurately restore the mechanical response of fabric under a cutting tool.According to the fabric damage stress cloud map,the warp that really plays a role in preventing punctures for angular interlocking fab-rics can be selected with high-strength warp and increased warp density to improve the anti-punc-turing performance of the fabric.关键词
