丝素蛋白/海藻酸钠水凝胶的制备及其释药性能
Preparation and drug release properties of silk fibroin/sodium alginate hydrogel

Abstract
In order to improve the loading rate and sustained release rate of hydrogels,silk fibroin/sodium alginate hydrogels were prepared by crosslinking reaction between silk fibroin with sodium alginate,using N-hydroxysuccinimide and ethyl(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide salt as catalysts and citric acid as crosslinking agent.The structure,morphology,dissolution rate,water absorption,drug loading rate and drug release rate of the hydrogels were tested.The results show that the optimal preparation conditions of silk fibroin/sodium alginate hydrogel are:the mass fraction of silk fibroin 2.5%,the mass fraction of citric acid 2.5%,the mass fraction of sodium alginate 4.5%,and the mass fraction of catalyst(mass ratio 1∶1)0.5%.The infrared spectrum of the hydrogel prepared under this condition contains the characteristic absorption peaks of silk fibroin and sodium alginate.Its morphology is porous.After 24 h,the dissolution rate is 11.4%,the water absorption rate is about 70%,and the maximum drug loading rate is about 50%.In the buffer solution with pH=7.4,the drug release rate is close to 75%after 8 h.It shows good drug release performance.关键词
