摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the electrochemical performance of layered double hydroxide(LDH)and its application in flexible supercapacitors,MnMoO4 and Nickel-Manganese layered hydroxides(NiMn-LDH)nanosheets were grown on the surface of carbon cloth(CC)by stepwise hydrothermal method,and the NiMn-LDH/MnMoO4/CC composite electrode with nanoarray microstructure was obtained.NiMn-LDH/MnMoO4/CC//AC/CC flexible supercapacitors were assembled by exploiting the flexible electrode and AC/CC as positive and negative electrode mate-rials respectively.The test results of three electrodes show that the specific capacitance for the elec-trode is 2 304.5 F·g-1 at 1 A·g-1 current density,and the ratio of the flexible electrode attains 78.2%at a current density of 20 A·g-1.The device presents the maximum energy density of 20.5 Wh·kg-1,and the maximum power density of 4 804.1 W·kg-1.After 10 000 cycles,the specific capacitance retention rate holds 96.6%.In addition,the specific capacitance of the twis-ted electrode of the flexible device can still maintain 96.0%of the normal state,showing good flexibility and electrochemical performance.
