Abstract

The existing automatic demand response(ADR)methods usually only focus on the macro-guiding significance of various controllable resources for low-carbon scheduling in parks,ignoring the accurate measurement of low-carbon costs of various controllable resources in low-carbon operation of parks,which makes it difficult to fully excavate the regulatory potential of park resources and results in the problems of large carbon emission and high operation costs.Therefore,this paper proposes an ADR optimization method for low-carbon parks with multiple controllable resources.Firstly,three controllable resources in the park including air conditioning,electric vehicles(EVs)and conventional production load were modeled.Secondly,the park ADR model under time-of-use price was established with the goal of the lowest electricity cost and the best indoor temperature comfort.Thirdly,the flying fox optimization(FFO)algorithm was used to solve the above model to obtain the best control strategy.Finally,the simulation test involving base load,conventional production load,electric vehicle,air conditioning aggregator participating in the park distribution network regulation was carried out.The simulation results show that the proposed method can make the indoor temperature management of the air conditioning load in the park more reasonable,and the EV charging power and conventional production load transfer effectively.It not only provides certain guiding significance for the carbon metering cost of the low-carbon park,but also can reasonably regulate the use of various controllable loads and reduce the comprehensive electricity cost in the park.
