Research on the Trend of Electricity Market Mechanism for New Energy System
摘要
Abstract
The development of a new energy system is an inevitable trend in China's energy system.The effectiveness of the new energy system depends on whether the electricity market mechanism matches its requirements.In this context,this paper summarizes the connotation and characteristics of the new energy system and proposes the construction framework of the electricity market based on the new energy system.Within this framework,the paper reviews the construction of the electricity market mechanism in China including the participation of new energy and new entities such as energy storage and virtual power plants in the spot market mechanism,the mechanism for auxiliary services market,and the mechanism for ensuring capacity adequacy in the horizontal level.It also explores the inter-provincial and intra-provincial market connection mechanism in the longitudinal level,and analyzes the collaborative mechanism of coal-gas-electricity-carbon-green certificates from the perspective of coordinating the development of multiple energy sources.Finally,based on the goals of constructing the new energy system,the paper analyzes the existing problems in the current electricity market mechanism and discusses future development trends.关键词
