Abstract

In the context of the Central Committee for Comprehensive Deepening Reforms advocating the transition from"dual control of energy consumption"to"dual control of carbon emissions",the synergistic interaction between the electricity market and the carbon market obtains significant attention.This paper firstly reviews the relevant research status from the international and domestic perspectives according to certain logical relationships,including the transmission mechanism of electricity price and carbon cost,the role of power enterprises in the carbon offset market,the interaction mechanism of domestic green certificate trading and carbon trading market,as well as the data exchange and repeated incentive between electricity and carbon emissions.On this basis,it extracts cooperative operation principle of power generation and carbon market.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions for further research,including construction of a comprehensive electric-carbon database,establishment of a collaborative mechanism for trading'green electricity(certificate)+carbon emission reduction'bundles,and design of a price transmission mechanism for electricity-carbon.These suggestions aim to provide references for future research and policy formulation and to promote the collaborative development of the electric-carbon market to serve the dual control of carbon emissions.
