Research and Application of High Temperature Operation Safety Warning System for Power Grid Personnel
摘要
Abstract
High temperature work is one of the most serious health threats faced by employees of power grid company working outdoors.Aiming at the urgent need of high temperature operation protection, this paper designs a high temperature operation safety monitoring and early warning system. This system combines environmental thermal stress and human physiological state to build a high temperature operation safety risk prediction model, providing theoretical and practical basis for industry safety and health standards, and solving the problems that there are no systematic theoretical system and evaluation basis for high temperature operation safety protection technology in the power industry.By optimizing the measuring equipment, the thermal stress in the high temperature working site environment can be measured conveniently and quickly.By studying the characteristic physiological monitoring index biosensor monitoring technology,it is able to collect and analyze the characteristic physiological index data of high temperature workers.By using the safety risk prediction model of high temperature operation, the collected environmental thermal stress and physiological index data of operators are analyzed, and the early safety warning of high temperature operation applicable to the intelligent safety monitoring platform can be realized, providing technical support for the safety hidden dangers of continuous high temperature operation of first-line grid operators.关键词
