Abstract
A set of automatic control system for external shot blasting on steel pipe anti-corrosion production line is designed to address the current situation of excessive manual intervention in the shot blasting process.There are two sets of shot blasting cleaning machines arranged in the external shot blasting process.This system detects the steel pipe signal on the roller table with the inductive sensors,and works with the PLC control system to realize the logical start up of such units as the dust collector,the elevator and the separators in the 1# and 2# shot blasting machines by means of the program algorithms.Based on the data accumulation of the relationship between the data acquisition of the working current of the polishing head motor and the electric adjustment of the sand amount under the sand valve,a logical relationship between the working current of the polishing head motor for each pipe size and the sand amount under the sand valve is formed to realize the automatic parameter adjustment.The actual production site operation shows that the online operation of this system brings about advantages such as reducing the labor intensity of the job staff,improving the efficiency of steel pipe surface blasting operation as well as reducing the anti-corrosion quality risk of the steel pipe.关键词
