Abstract
Future production and operation management will be more digital and intelligent,sustainable,agile,and collaborative,with more emphasis on efficiency and productivity improvement.At present,the production and operation management of oil companies have such problems as insufficient industry chain synergy and reactive response to emergencies and market changes.Based on the production and operation management practices of energy companies at home and abroad,it is suggested that oil companies pay attention to top-level design,data and core capacity construction,and management empowerment,build an integrated intelligent operation and management platform,a sound operation and management system with organizational and institutional safeguards,construct a"3x3"operation and management system structure for oil companies to enhance their production and operation management capabilities,and finally realize the dynamic optimization of production and operation plans,dynamic analysis of production and operation benefits,as well as intelligent control of production scheduling and operation,so as to support the high-quality development and digital transition of the oil company.关键词
