振源胶囊对慢性心力衰竭患者循环微粒的影响
Effect of Zhenyuan capsule on circulating microparticles in patients with chronic heart failure

Abstract
Objective:Circulating microparticles(MPs)play an important role in the cardiovascular system,while Zhenyuan capsules have unique advantages in the treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF).This study explores the changes in the content and function of MPs in CHF patients before and after taking Zhenyuan capsule. Methods:A total of 32 patients with CHF,who visited the Department of Cardiology at the Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine from June 2018 to March 2019,were selected as research subjects.Fasting venous blood samples were collected from patients before and after 12 weeks of Zhenyuan capsule administration.MPs were extracted from the patient's blood,and their concentration and source were determined.Subsequently,the effects of MPs on the vasodilation function of isolated SD rat thoracic aorta and the expression of endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS)and nitric oxide(NO)production were detected. Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the level of MPs in patients'blood before and after 12 weeks of Zhenyuan capsule administration(P>0.05).Zhenyuan capsules partially alleviated the impairment of vascular dilation function induced by MPs in isolated rat aortas.Additionally,Zhenyuan capsules partially inhibited the downregulation of eNOS and NO production in the isolated rat thoracic aorta induced by MPs(both P<0.05). Conclusion:Zhenyuan capsules may exert cardiovascular protective effects in CHF,partially by inhibiting the damage to endothelial function caused by MPs.关键词
