摘要
Abstract
Apolipoprotein M(APOM)belongs to the apolipoprotein family,primarily distributed in high-density lipoprotein(HDL)particles.It enhances the antioxidant capacity of cholesterol in HDLs and participates in cholesterol reverse transport,playing a role in anti-atherosclerosis.Additionally,APOM is associated with various diseases,including type 2 diabetes,obesity,and inflammatory conditions.It collaborates with transcription factors,cytokines,and hormones to regulate the development and outcomes of these diseases.Recent studies have found that APOM is related to the occurrence and progression of various cancers,such as liver cancer,kidney cancer,colorectal cancer,breast cancer,lung cancer,and laryngeal cancer The mechanisms involve multiple signaling pathways,including vitamin D receptor(VDR),Yes-associated protein(YAP)and caspase.However,the role of APOM is not consistent across different cancers or even within different stages of the same cancer,exhibiting a dual role in promoting and inhibiting cancer.Clarifying the functions and mechanisms of APOM in tumors is expected to provide a new strategy for tumor treatment.关键词
