Inductive membrane and its mechanisms of action
摘要
Abstract
The Inductive membrane is a biological membrane produced by implanting polymethyl methacrylate bone cement into bone defects,which promotes bone healing.It contains abundant blood vessels,growth factors,and cells,playing an important role in the formation of the inductive membrane and the process of bone defect repair and reconstruction.The inductive membrane can form around the spacer or extend from the periosteum at the fracture end or both.The formation mechanism may be related to the body's repair capacity and foreign body reaction.The quality of the inductive membrane is affected by factors such as the nature and composition of the spacer,the timing of two-stage surgery,the type and location of the bone defect,the patient's own conditions,and the soft tissue environment.Inductive membrane technology simplifies the treatment of large segmental bone defects,and compared with other biological membranes,it has great advantages in surgical procedures and bone defect repair.关键词
