Cystic transformation of pancreatic acinar:A case report

摘要
Abstract
The clinicopathological data related to a rare non-neoplastic cystic lesion of pancreas was retrospectively analyzed.The patient,an 18-year-old male,was admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University for treatment of pancreatic cysts that have been present for over 10 months.After admission,the total pancreatectomy was performed with preservation of the pancreaticoduodenum and spleen under combined anesthesia with inhalation.The patient recovered well after surgery and no recurrence was observed during follow-up.Postoperative pathological gross examination revealed a multilocular cystic lesion with eosinophilic secretions in the cystic cavity under the microscope.The epithelial cells in the affected area appeared benign,without significant dysplasia.Combined clinical,radiological,and pathological data,the final diagnosis was confirmed as pancreatic acinar cystic transformation.关键词
