Abstract
The security and stability of the industrial and supply chains are the key to the smooth economic circulation of China,and also an important foundation for building a new development paradigm.In recent years,due to the influence of geopolitics and the combination of factors such as individual countries promoting economic and technological"decoupling"and"chain breaking",the uncertainty of the international market has further increased,posing serious challenges to the global industrial and supply chains.This paper systematically reviews the three potential security risks faced by the development of China's industrial and supply chains,including systemic risks,sudden risks,and structural risks.We deeply analyze the practices of the U.S.National Strategy for Advanced Manufacturing on industrial and supply chains and summarize the enlightenment for China,aiming to provide references for strengthening the foundation and improving the bottleneck and resilience of China's industrial and supply chains and to promote their secure and stable development.关键词
