Abstract
Aimed at the fuel tank under constant inner pressure load,it is simplified as thin-walled concentric cylinder structure.In this paper,the linear buckle analysis is conducted to get the first four eigenvalue and eigenvector.Then the nonlinear buckle analysis is carried out using the Riks method and the eigenvectors gotten from the previous step are treated as initial imperfection.The result of nonlinear analysis and experiment is very close.Next,parameterized model of thin-walled concentric cylinder is built using Python language to analyze the influence of fillet location and to optimize the cross section dimension of fillet.The bearing capability of structure is maximized with limited mass increase.The research result can be used in future nonlinear buckling analysis of thin-walled structure with great reference value and guiding function.关键词
