摘要

Abstract

Body-in-white structure significantly affects the performance of the whole vehicle,and the body-in-white frame is the basis of the body design.In the design and development stage of a vehicle,the main frame of the vehicle body is quickly divided into beams and joint structures,and 46 symmetrical structures are locally stiffened,and the sensitivity of each joint and beam to torsional stiffness,bending stiffness,torsional mode and bending mode is analyzed.Through the sensitivity analysis,the structure(joint/beam)that contributes a lot to the body-in-white stiffness and mode is found out.When building the body-in-white model,designers should optimize the structure and thickness of the joints/beams with high sensitivity to guide the body structure design,so as to improve the stiffness and modal performance of body-in-white in the design stage.
