Abstract

In this paper,aiming at the helicopter process equipment with the general demand of"reducing weight and ensuring performance",a digital process equipment structure design process based on topology optimization and structural simulation is proposed,and the weight reduction structure design is realized through topology optimization under the integration of various working conditions.In the optimization analysis,factors such as multi-working condition extraction and weight distribution,manufacturing manufacturability,aesthetics,man-machine efficiency and so on are comprehensively considered to obtain the best load-bearing structure of process equipment.Structural simulation technologies such as stiffness and frequency are integrated into the topology optimization process,and the performance evaluation of process equipment is completed with conceptual design and detailed design,so as to further give play to the advantages of simulation technology in predicting and speeding up the design progress.Taking the drilling process equipment of a certain helicopter as an example,the design and manufacture of the non-parametric weight-reducing structure of the drilling jig is realized by applying topology optimization and simulation verification technology,combined with additive manufacturing technology.Compared with the traditional similar drilling jig,the weight is reduced by nearly 50%,the design cycle is shortened by 40%,the operations such as picking,placing and installation can be completed by a single person,and the human-machine efficiency level is significantly improved.
