山茶油对H2O2诱导大鼠H9C2心肌细胞氧化应激损伤的保护作用OACSTPCD
Protective effect of camellia oil on H2O2-induced oxidative stress injury in H9C2 cardiomyocytes of rats
目的:探讨山茶油对H2O2 诱导大鼠H9C2心肌细胞氧化应激损伤的保护作用.方法:CCK8法检测不同浓度H2O2 处理H9C2心肌细胞后细胞存活率,以正常培养的细胞为空白对照组,以 200 μmol/L H2O2处理细胞24 h,构建氧化应激损伤模型作为模型组.分别用1%,0.1%,0.01%浓度的山茶油预处理细胞24 h后,加入H2O2作用24 h作为实验组.利用β-半乳糖苷酶衰老染色实验,线粒体膜电位实验,EdU细胞增殖染色实验及划痕实验来观…查看全部>>
