中医"长夏"的三重内涵
Triple Connotation of"Long Summer"in Traditional Chinese Medicine
摘要
Abstract
As a three-dimensional compound concept,"Long Summer"should include three connotations:"time connotation","geo-graphical connotation"and"meteorological connotation".In terms of time, the Long Summer is in the sixth month in China Nong Calen-dar,corresponding to the Xiao Shu and Da Shu in the"24 Solar Terms"as well as the Chu Fu and Zhong Fu in the"Three Fu Days".Geographically speaking, the central region, which refers to the region of the Central Plains with Zhengzhou as the center, corresponds to the concept of"Long Summer"in classification of the Five Elements. From a meteorological perspective,in the sixth month of the China Nong Calendar, the Central Plains region is prone to high temperatures, scorching heat, and heavy rain, which leads to meteorological conditions of high temperature and humidity, thereby causing physiological and pathological effects on human body, such as"Dampness injuring the Spleen Qi".关键词
