从"以补为通"理论探讨补益药治疗老年动脉粥样硬化
Treatment of Senile Atherosclerosis with Tonics From Theory of"Yi Bu Wei Tong"
摘要
Abstract
Atherosclerosis tends to occur in the elderly,and aging,as an important risk factor,cannot be ignored in clinical treatment.In traditional Chinese medicine it is believed that aging can be attributed to the deficiency of organs,Qi,blood,Yin and Yang,which is of-ten manifested as deficiency syndrome.In treatment,tonifying drugs,accompanied by comprehensive treatment with drugs such as pro-moting blood circulation,eliminating Phlegm,clearing Heat and dispelling Dampness should be used.The theory of"Yi Bu Wei Tong"originates from the concept of"Sai Yin Sai Yong,Yi Bu Kai Sai",which refers to the use of tonifying methods to treat the deficiency syndrome,actually,the false excess syndrome of occlusive obstruction.Here,it also refers to the use of tonifying methods to treat the syndrome of the combination of deficiency and excess in the relief period.Tonifying drugs can inhibit the production of free radicals,maintain the balance of the body's antioxidant system,and thus achieve anti-aging by enhancing antioxidant activity,promoting free radical dismutation and directly neutralizing free radicals.关键词
