浅析中风之"外风"学说
Analysis of"External Wind"Theory in Treatment of Stroke
摘要
Abstract
The theory of"External Wind"is originated from Huang Di Nei Jing,which was the main pathogenesis theory of stroke before the Tang and Song dynasties.It can be summarized as"internal deficiency and outside evil factor injury",that is,on the basis of inter-nal weakness such as Ying Qi,Wei Qi,meridians,Qi and blood as well as Zang and Fu organ weakness,external evil factors such as Wind and Cold take advantage of the deficiency in human body to cause stroke.The theory of"External Wind""began to decline dur-ing the Jin and Yuan dynasties and gradually became overlooked.According to the detailed explanation of the theory of"External Wind"in traditional Chinese medicine classics such as Huang Di Nei Jing,Shang Han Za Bing Lun,Zhu Bing Yuan Hou Lun,and Qian Jin Yao Fang",as well as the precise therapeutic effect of Xiao Xuming Decoction on stroke and modern research on external fac-tors such as cold stimulation and infection that cause and worsen stroke,the theory of"External Wind"still has significance for clinical prevention and treatment of stroke,especially the precise prevention of it.Establishing a stroke warning model based on the theory of"External Wind"may provide a more comprehensive reference for precise prevention of stroke.关键词
