Chinese Medicine Master Zou Yanqin Treating Kidney Disease Based on Theory of"Three Jiao-Treating Lower Jiao as Quan"

Abstract
Professor Zou Yanqin,Chinese Medicine Master,based on the theory of"Three Jiao-Treating Lower Jiao as Quan",believes that the Kidney is in the Lower Jiao and it contains true Yin and Yang,which is the root of the body's vital energy.By analyzing the re-lationship between""vital energy"and"water,Fluid and Essence",and considering the special pathogenesis of Kidney disease pa-tients,he innovatively proposes that when using the theory of"treating Lower Jiao as Quan"to treat Kidney disease,"tonifying the Kid-ney"should be the first priority,emphasizing the importance of"purging turbid Qi"and advocating the characteristic of using"light medicine with heavy administration".In clinical practice,the method of"tonifying the Kidney and eliminating evil factors"should be a-dopted.The medication is based on cultivating and tonifying the Kidney element,while removing evil factor turbidity.Each dose is rela-tively large,and is often supplemented with Du Zhong(Eucommia ulmoides),Chuan Xu Duan(Sichuan intermittent),Sangjisheng(Mulberry parasitic),Huai Niu Xi(Huai achyranthes),etc.as meridian inducing drugs,in order to reach the Kidney and balance the Yin and Yang.At the same time,attention should be paid to cooperating with the"decoction first and cook for a long time"decoction method to improve the therapeutic effect.关键词
