国医大师韩明向基于金水相生理论从肺肾论治慢性咳嗽经验
TCM Master Han Mingxiang's Experience in Treating Chronic Cough from Lung and Kidney Based on Jin Shui Xiang Sheng Theory
摘要
Abstract
Han Mingxiang,Master of traditional Chinese medicine,treats chronic cough from perspective of Jin Shui Xiang Sheng.He be-lieves that although the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic cough are complex,the main contradiction is that"Lung and Kidney defi-ciency is the internal cause and Phlegm and blood stasis run through the entire process".Moreover,the generation of Phlegm and blood stasis is closely related to Lung and Kidney Qi deficiency,Yin deficiency and Yang deficiency.Based on the diagnosis and treatment of pathogenic excess or deficiency,Professor Han takes the concept of promoting the growth of Jin(Gold)and Shui(Water)as the key point of diagnosis and treatment,with the core method of supporting the Zheng Qi and eliminating pathogenic factors,and the main treat-ment methods of recovering Lung and Kidney harmony,warming the Kidney and assisting Yang,and strengthening Water and nourishing Yin(Kidney Yin).In addition,he also take into account of relieving Phlegm and blood stasis to treat the disease by focusing on symp-toms and on syndromes.关键词
