Wang Yaoxian's Differentiation and Treatment of IgA Nephropathy
摘要
Abstract
IgA nephropathy is more common in people with Qi deficiency and Yin deficiency constitutions,and Wind evil factor is the initiating factor of its onset.When treating the disease,the first priority should be to dispel Wind,clear the upper part and calm lower part of body,and also pay attention to tonifying Qi and strengthening the exterior part of body,strengthening the Spleen and Kidney to strengthen the foundation and cultivate the Essence.Wind evil should not be given an opportunity to take advantage of.After the occur-rence of a disease,the pathogenic factors interact with the body,forming a derivative pathogenesis of deficiency and excess.At this time,the focus is on symptomatic treatment,usually to break through blood stasis,clear turbidity,and detoxify to clear the Kidney meridians.Moreover,because"the most suitable way to clear and replenish the meridians is to promote the nourishment of the meridians",in addi-tion to expelling evil factor,it is important to nourish the meridians and first strengthen the areas that have not been affected by evil fac-tors.Rheumatism and Kidney meridian syndrome are the common pathogenic mechanisms,and the key to treating this disease is to pro-pose the"differentiation of mechanisms and treatment".The organic combination of disease differentiation,syndrome differentiation,and syndrome differentiation is the key to treating this disease,mainly using self created nephritis anti-aging liquid,and various methods such as nourishing the body,relieving depression,promoting blood circulation,clearing Phlegm,promoting Dampness,clearing Heat,sof-tening hardness and detoxifying are used to eliminate symptoms and disperse nodules.关键词
