张晋运用开阖六气针法治疗排便异常经验
Zhang Jin's Experience in Treating Abnormal Defecation with Kai He Six Qi Acupuncture
摘要
Abstract
The etiology and pathogenesis of abnormal defecation lies in the disorder of Qi.The treatment should be based on the princi-ple of adjusting the rise and fall of Qi to restore the function of Qi to normal,and recognize the disease from the dynamic movement of Yin and Yang Qi.Through the treatment idea of"Si Tian-Si Ren-Si Bing(Disease)Zheng(Syndrome)',the Yangming position and Taiyin position are selected as the main points for compatibility treatment by using the method of Kai He Six Qi needles.In specific op-eration,the head is often used as the treatment site,with the sensitive points being searched for needle insertion and the needle being in-serted horizontally under the skin in the clockwise direction.When the needle is inserted,the sense of breakthrough of the staff and the feeling of soreness and swelling felt by the patient are searched.If the needle insertion is blocked,which means the serious block of Qi movement,the needle can be inserted at the next acupoint,and then the needle is applied at that point.The method of Kai He Six Qi needles is different from the conventional acupuncture,and the reinforcing and reducing method is not emphasized when the acupuncture acupoints are selected,and the needle can be kept for 30-40 minutes.关键词
