贾英杰"黜浊培本"辨治肝癌经验
Professor Jia Yingjie's Experience in Treating Liver Cancer by"Chu Zhuo Pei Ben"
摘要
Abstract
Jia Yingjie believes that liver cancer patients suffer"Qi stagnation"first and followed by or combined with"deficiency in root".When"deficiency,Toxin,and stasis"are persistent"cancer Turbidity"would be caused,which later further develops into cancer tumors.It has a transmission pattern of"starting from the Liver,spreading to the Spleen and finally going to the Kidney",showing a cluster of cancer Turbidity,spreading to the Liver meridians,invasion of excess evil factor as well as disorder of Qi and blood.In clinical practice,"phased differentiation and treatment"should be stressed,with purging Fire to encourage Wood,eliminating Turbidity and dis-persing Toxins to eliminate evil factor;In the middle stage,strengthening the Spleen to balance Wood as well as protecting Earth to regu-late the middle Jiao should be done;In the late stage,it is important to nourish Water and nourish Wood as well as cultivating root and strengthening Yuan Qi to maintain stability.Jia Shi inherits the principles and methods of ancient sages and combines them with the new approach of"Chuo Zhuo Pei Ben"("eliminating Turbidity and cultivating the root")in treatment of liver cancer.It is to achieve the peaceful harmony between Yin and Yang,among the Five Elements,among Five Zang and Fu organs as well as that between Qi and blood,providing experience and ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of liver cancer.关键词
