曹式丽从"风伤肾络"论治慢性肾小球肾炎
Cao Shili's Treatment of Chronic Glomerulonephritis from Perspective of"Wind Injuring Kidney Collaterals"
摘要
Abstract
The key to the occurrence and development of chronic nephritis lies in the deficiency of the Kidney and Wind injuring to the Kidney collaterals.Wind evil factor can be divided into external Wind,internal Wind and latent Wind,which can be mixed with blood stasis,Phlegm and Dampness,Heat and Toxin,and other factors throughout the entire course of the disease.Therefore,in treatment,it is necessary to flexibly choose Wind dispelling medicine based on syndrome differentiation.Wind medicine has the characteristics of as-cending,dispersing,penetrating,channeling,dry,and moving,and it can dispel Wind and relieve external symptoms,extinguish Wind and stop spasms,search for Wind and clear collateral,introduce various medicines into collateral,promote the circulation of human or-gans and meridians,and regulate Qi,blood,and body Fluid.Moreover,most of the wind medicines are pungent in taste and they can un-block the Kidney collaterals,promote the elimination of pathogenic factors,promote the circulation of Qi and blood,and strengthen the Zang and Fu.It can not only directly attack the Wind evil factor in Kidney,but also play an important role in regulating the functions of the body's organs,Qi and blood as well as Yin and Yang.Clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease can be approached from the perspective of"Wind injuring Kidney collaterals".Wind medicines can be flexibly combined with other medicines with the method of"Xin Tong Chang Luo"to treat both Wind and blood diseases.By timely dispelling evil factor and unblocking the meridian the course of the disease can be shorten.Therefore,treating the disease by seeking the root cause,implementing both attack and supplement,distin-guishing the main and secondary factors,and treating it in stages are the important medicine methods.By tonifying the Kidney,strength-ening the Spleen,nourishing the Liver,supplementing Qi and nourishing blood,the Zheng Qi can be enriched and the nourishing and de-fending functions are coordinated and eventually the latent Wind can be removed,which can reduce the recurrence rate of this disease.关键词
