Interpretion of Manic Pulse Since Period of Huang Di Nei Jing
摘要
Abstract
The manic pulse is opposite to the calm pulse and it is different from the rapid or swift pulses.The manic pulse emphasizes the urgency and lack of composure in the pulse momentum,yet the actual pulse rate is not fast like rapid pulse.Manic pulse is more common in Fire and Heat syndromes,caused by Heat forcing blood circulation and fast pulse flow.In the understanding of manic pulse,the overall characteristics of it should be achieved first.In clinical diagnosis the severity and prognosis of the Heat disease can inferred by examining the calmness of the pulse,and for hemorrhagic disease syndrome it can also be used as a basis for predicting the condition and evaluating the therapeutic effect.关键词
