Abstract
As a new type of structural system,ETFE cushion membrane structure has been widely used in large-span buildings due to its light weight,high light transmittance and self-cleaning properties.Taking practical engineering application as an example,this paper expounds the difficulties and innovative work in the design.The roof canopy structure adopts a single-layer steel structure reticulated shell support skeleton and ETFE cushion membrane composite structure system.Under the action of strong winds,the wind stability and bearing capacity of single-layer reticulated shell skeleton and unit cushion structure of lightweight roof canopy are checked.The results show that the wind resistance of single-layer reticulated shell skeleton and unit cushion structure meets the design requirements.Combined with the characteristics of the cushion structure of this project,an innovative ETFE cushion internal pressure control method that can cope with strong typhoon is proposed to ensure the normal operation of the roof cushion unit structure in extreme weather.In order to unify the standards of the nodes and facilitate their processing and production,the important node of the single-layer reticulated shell skeleton of this project which is cast steel node was selected and analyzed.关键词
