基于网络药理学分析升陷汤治疗射血分数保留型心力衰竭的作用机制
Mechanism of Shengxian Decoction in the treatment of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction based on network pharmacology
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the mechanism of action of Shengxian Decoction in the treatment of heart failure with pre-served ejection fraction(HFpEF)based on network pharmacology,and to provide a basis for its basic research and clinical application.Methods The main active ingredients and action targets of the five drugs in Shengxian Decoction were screened using the Traditional Chinese Medicine System atic Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform(TCMSP),followed by searching the GeneCards and DisGeNET databases to identify the relevant target genes in HFpEF and performing topological analysis to screen the core targets.Biological pathway and enrichment analysis of drug-disease intersection targets were performed by Metascape database.Molecular docking validation of core components and core targets was performed by using AutoDockTools.Results The ingredient-target network map in Shengxian Decoction contained 76 active ingredients and 182 corresponding targets.The core targets involved interleukin-6(IL-6),vascular endothelial growth factor A(VEGFA),tumor necrosis factor(TNF),etc.Mainly involved advanced glycation end product-receptor for advanced glyca-tion end product(AGE-RAGE)signaling pathway,lipid and atherosclerotic signaling pathways,etc.Conclusion The main targets of Shengxian Tang for HFpEF are involved in AGE-RAGE signaling pathway,lipid and atherosclerotic signaling pathways,etc.关键词
