吗替麦考酚酯联合泼尼松治疗进展性IgA肾病的效果
Effect of Mycophenolate Mofetil combined with Prednisone in the treat-ment of progressive IgA nephropathy

Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Mycophenolate Mofetil(MMF)combined with Prednisone in the treat-ment of progressive immunoglobulin A(IgA)nephropathy.Methods Fifty patients with progressive IgA nephropathy treated in Xinyu People's Hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected as research objects and they were divided into tacrolimus(FK506)group and MMF group by random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The FK506 group was treated with FK506+Prednisone,and the MMF group was treated with MMF+Prednisone.The clinical efficacy,labora-tory indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of MMF group was higher than that of FK506 group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the 24 h uri-nary protein in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,the albumin(ALB)was higher than that before treatment,and the 24 h urinary protein in the MMF group was lower than that in the FK506 group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in ALB,serum creatinine(SCr),uric acid(UA),glucose(Glu),aspartate aminotransaminase(AST),alanine aminotransaminase(ALT),and total bilirubin(TBil)between the two groups(P＞0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion MMF combined with Prednisone in the treatment of patients with progressive IgA nephropathy is beneficial to reduce 24 h urinary protein,improve ALT,and adverse reactions do not increase,the clini-cal application is safe and effective.关键词
