Diagnostic value of 256-slice Revolution CT for coronary artery disease

Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of 256-slice Revolution CT examination in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 80 suspected coronary heart disease patients who visited Nanhai District People's Hospital of Foshan from January 2019 to January 2021 were included,and all patients underwent CT and coronary angiography(CAG)examinations.CAG examination results were used as the"gold standard",the results of 256-slice Revolution CT and CAG were analyzed,the diagnostic value of 256-slice Revolution CT in coronary heart disease was analyzed,and the con-sistency with the results of"gold standard"was calculated,and the detection rate of 256-slice Revolution CT in coronary artery stenosis was analyzed.Results A total of 59 cases of coronary heart disease were positive and 21 cases were negative in the 256-slice of Revolution CT,with a positive detection rate of 73.75%(59/80).CAG examination confirmed that 60 cases were positive and 20 cases were negative,with a positive detection rate of 75.00%(60/80).The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value,and negative predictive value of 256-slice Revolution CT in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease were 96.67%(58/60),95.00%(19/20),96.25%(77/80),98.31%(58/59),and 90.48%(19/21),respectively.The consistency test showed that the consistency of the 256-slice Revolution CT examination was good(Kappavalue=0.902,P＜0.05).CAG examination detected 9 cases of no stenosis,17 cases of mild stenosis,19 cases of moderate stenosis,and 15 cases of severe stenosis.256-slice Revolution CT examination detected 8 cases of no stenosis,16 cases of mild stenosis,19 cases of moderate stenosis,and 15 cases of severe stenosis.There was no significant difference between the detection rate of 256-slice Revolution CT and CAG in different degrees of coronary artery stenosis(P＞0.05).Conclusion The appli-cation of 256-slice Revolution CT in the differential diagnosis of coronary heart disease has high application value,which helps to clarify the degree of coronary artery stenosis in a timely manner,and has strong diagnostic consistency.It can pro-vide a reference basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment,and is worth promoting and applying.关键词
