Effect of repetitive transcranial stimulation combined with acupuncture on consciousness of patients with craniocerebral injury accompanied by coma

Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of repetitive transcranial stimulation and acupuncture on cranio-cerebral injury patients with coma.Methods A total of 64 patients with craniocerebral injury and coma admitted to Xinyu People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2020 were selected as research objects,they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion,and the observation group was treated with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation.The awakening effect,Glasgow coma scale(GCS)and electroencephalogram power were compared between the two groups.Re-sults The efficiency of anakening promotion and GCS score of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the levels of Fpl,F3,F7 and T3 were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically sig-nificant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of repetitive transcranial stimulation combined with acupuncture and moxibus-tion on arousal is significant,and the electroencephalogram power is improved,which is worthy of clinical reference.关键词
