浅表超声评估的缺血性脑卒中患者颈动脉狭窄程度与空腹血糖、同型半胱氨酸的相关性分析

Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between the degree of carotid artery stenosis evaluated by superficial ultrasound in patients with ischemic stroke and fasting plasma glucose(FPG),homocysteine(Hcy)levels.Methods A total of 168 patients with ischemic stroke in the Affiliated Changsha Central Hospital,Hengyang Medical School,University of South China from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the observation group.Their carotid arteries were examined by superficial ultrasound and divided into mild group(49 cases),moderate group(66 cases),and severe group(53 cases)ac-cording to the degree of stenosis.In addition,41 volunteers who passed the physical examination in the same period were selected as the control group.The contents of serum FPG and Hcy in each group were detected and compared.Results The serum FPG and Hcy levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.01).The differences in serum FPG and Hcy levels among the control group,mild group,mod-erate group,and severe group were statistically significant(P＜0.01).The contents of serum FPG and Hcy were positive cor-related with the degree of carotid stenosis(rFPG=0.613;rHcy=0.708,P＜0.01).There was significantly positive correlation be-tween serum FPG and Hcy content(r=0.681,P＜0.01).Conclusion The degree of carotid artery stenosis evaluated by su-perficial ultrasound in ischemic stroke patients showed significant positive correlations with the serum FPG and Hcy levels,and there was also a significant positive correlation between serum FPG and Hcy levels.Monitoring the levels of serum FPG and Hcy can provide some certain basis for the prevention and treatment of ischemic stroke.关键词
