透明质酸钠凝胶预防宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术后宫腔粘连的应用效果
Application effect of sodium hyaluronate gel in prevention of intrauterine adhesion after transcervical resection of polyp

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of sodium hyaluronate gel in prevention of intrauterine adhesion(IUA)after transcervical resection of polyp(TCRP).Methods A total of 72 patients with endometrial polyps(EPs)admitted to the People's Hospital of Guangfeng District of Shangrao from March 2021 to February 2022 were selected as research ob-jects,and they were divided into control group(36 cases)and observation group(36 cases)according to the random number table method.Both groups were treated with TCRP.The control group was treated with routine anti-infection treatment after operation,and the observation group was treated with sodium hyaluronate gel membrane on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,IUA score,endometrial thickness,quality of life and incidence of complications were compared be-tween the two groups.Results The total response rate(RR),endometrial thickness,and the MOS item short form health sur-vey(SF-36)score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the severity of IUA was lighter than that of the control group,the incidence of IUA and IUA score after treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate gel membrane can prevent the occurrence of IUA after TCRP,reduce the inci-dence and complications of IUA,promote endometrial repair,and improve the quality of life of patients.It can be used as a safe and effective method to prevent IUA after TCRP.关键词
