基于吴鞠通《温病条辨》理论思想探析青蒿鳖甲汤治疗骨科术后阴虚发热的临床效果

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Qinghao Biejia Decoction in the treatment of fever due to yin defi-ciency after orthopaedics surgery based on WU Jutong's Differentiation of Syndromes in Epidemic Febrile Diseases.Methods A total of 80 patients with fever due to yin deficiency after orthopedic surgery admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.The patients were numbered according to the order of admission,and they were divided into control group(n=40)and treat-ment group(n=40)according to random number table method.The control group received conventional treatment,the treat-ment group was given Qinghao Biejia Decoction.The clinical efficacy,onset time of antipyretic fever,duration of antipyretic fever,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and adverse reactions occurred in the course of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 5 days of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The onset time of antipyretic fever in the treat-ment group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The duration of antipyretic fever in the treatment group was longer than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P＜0.05).After 5 days of treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms of insomnia,dreaminess,up-set night sweats and dysphoria in chestpalms-soles in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 5 days of treatment,the total incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclu-sion Qinghao Biejia Decoction has good curative effect on fever due to yin deficiency after orthopedic surgery,and can sig-nificantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with good safety.关键词
