药物重组服务在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的实践与效果
Practice and effectiveness of medicaton reformation in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application and effect of medicaton reformation(MR)in patients with chronic ob-structive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 120 COPD patients admitted to Xingguo Hospital Affiliated to Gannan Medical College from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as rersearch subjects,and they were divided into control group(60 cases)and observation group(60 cases)according to random number table method.The control group re-ceived traditional medical services,and the observation group received MR services based on the control group.The inci-dence of adverse drug reaction/event(ADR/ADE),COPD patients self assessment test(CAT)scores,economic indicators and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups,and the satisfaction of the two groups was evaluated.Results The total incidence of ADR/ADE in observation group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The hospitalization cost and drug cost in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group,and the proportion of drugs was lower than that in the con-trol group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The satisfaction score of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of MR for COPD patients can effectively improve drug safety,has high economic benefits,and is conducive to the improvement of pa-tient satisfaction.关键词
