基于院感信息化上报平台管理模式在医院感染管理中的应用
Application of the management model based on hospital infection infor-mation reporting platform in the management of nosocomial infection

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of the management model based on hospital infection information reporting platform in the management of nosocomial infection.Methods A total of 14 545 inpatients in Yingde Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group(7 270 cases)and observation group(7 275 cases)according to whether the management model based on hos-pital infection information reporting platform was developed.The control group adopted the conventional management mode,and the observation group adopted the management mode based on the hospital infection information reporting platform.The incidences of nosocomial infection,infection of multi-drug resistant bacteria,examination rate of different grades of antibi-otics before use and hand hygiene compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of nosocomial infection and the detection rate of multi-drug resistant bacterial infection in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The rates of drug sensitivity detection before the use of unrestricted,restricted and special antibiotics in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the hand hygiene compliance of physicians and nurses were higher than those in the control group,with statistical sig-nificances(P＜0.05).Conclusion The management mode based on the hospital infection information reporting platform is conducive to preventing the occurrence of nosocomial infection,reducing the incidence of nosocomial infection and the de-tection rate of multi-drug resistant bacterial infection,and improving the rationality of the use of antibiotics and the compli-ance of medical staff with hand hygiene.关键词
