综合护理在双相障碍患者中的应用效果
Application effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with bipolar dis-order
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with bipolar disorder.Methods A total of thirty patients with bipolar disorder admitted to Fuzhou Neuropsychiatric Hospital from June to December 2020 were select-ed as the study subjects.They were divided into the observation group(15 cases)and the control group(15 cases)by random number table method.The control group adopted the conventional nursing method and the observation group adopted the comprehensive nursing method.The nursing satisfaction,psychological and emotional scores,quality of life scores and manic mood scores were compared between two groups.Results The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the psychological and emotional scores were lower than those of the control group,the dif-ferences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the manic mood scores was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically signifi-cant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing to bipolar disorder patients not only satisfies patients but also improves their quality of life and soothes their negative emotions,which is worth promoting and applying.关键词
