Abstract
Efficient operation and management of water projects are essential to fully realize the benefits after adopting a market-oriented management model,the management efficiency and level of Yangzhou's municipal water projects have significantly improved.In March 2023,the Urban River Management Office of Yangzhou City took the lead in exploring the new model of"Marketization + Self-management"in water project management.Through practical implementation,both economic benefits and team building have been enhanced,leading to an overall improvement in maintenance and management standards.关键词
