Abstract
Taking the appraisal project of a medical examination center in Fuzhou as an example,this article analyzes the current situation of reinforced concrete frame structure of the project,and evaluates the structure through on-site inspection,safety,usability appraisal,and seismic appraisal.The results indicate that the reliability level of the building is rated as IV level,and the comprehensive seismic capacity does not meet the standard requirements.Finally,reasonable detection and reinforcement suggestions are proposed to provide a basis for later renovation.关键词
